General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Dias

Reservations and bookings:

How to proceed:
Send us your enquiry with the reservation form or via e-mail.
We return an offer, also by e-mail, and we make a reservation without obligation for you.
After receiving the reservation conformation you can book your flights.
- If you don't contact us again, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
You confirm the reservation by e-mail and we transform it to a booking and send you the booking confirmation by e-mail.

Conclusion of the accommodation contract:

With you confirmation of the reservation and our booking confirmation the accommodation contract with the Hotel Dias is concluded.

Payment:

Please pay for the room on site and in cash.
If you don't want to carry the complete sum in cash with you, the money can be transferred to our bank account in advance. Please ask for this option by e-mail.

Cancellation and change of reservation:

A reservation can be cancelled at any time. Please let us know your cancellation by e-mail.
Up to 4 week before the agreed arrival date the cancellation is without any fee.

If we receive the cancellation at a later point in time we have to charge the following fee in % of the reservation value:
Up to 3 weeks before the agreed arrival date: 20%,
up to 2 weeks before the agreed arrival date: 40%,
up to 1 weeks before the agreed arrival date: 60%,
if you have to cancel the room within the last 7 days before the agreed arrival date we have to charge 80% of the reservation value.
In case of a no show the complete reservation value has to be paid.

Changes of a reservation are free of charge up to 4 weeks before the agreed arrival date.
If a reservation is changed within the last 4 weeks we have to charge an additional administrative fee of 20 €.
